All group bookings must be made by telephone. A group is three pitches or more or more than two adults on a pitch. A security bond must be paid at the time of booking, this will be returned at our discretion on departure.

Deposit – A deposit of £20.00 (or full payment, if booking total is less than £20.00) is required at time of booking for all booking made prior to two weeks before arrival. This deposit is non-refundable. Bookings made less than two weeks prior to arrival require payment in full at time of booking.

The balance must be paid two weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid prior to two weeks before arrival the booking will be cancelled. No refund for deposit will be given.

Pitches cannot be reserved and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. However, if you do have a specific pitch request we will try to accommodate this wherever possible.

Pitches are available from 1:00 PM on day of arrival, and must be departed by 12:00 Noon on day of departure, (Sundays and last day of BH weekends 4:00 PM, unless pitch needed)

If for whatever reason, you do not turn up, or cancel on the stated day of arrival, without prior warning a “no show” will be presumed and no refund given. We reserve the right to re-let the pitch.

If you wish to modify or cancel your booking, this must be done by telephone on 01257 451326.

For cancellation up to two weeks prior to arrival your balance, excluding deposit will be refunded. For cancellation after two weeks prior to arrival, if the pitch is re-let, the balance, excluding deposit will be refunded.

Site rules

On arrival all visitors must book in at reception, prior to siting, to receive their pitch number.

Noise – No excessive noise at any time. Strictly no noise / music of any kind after 11:00 PM

Campfires – Only allowed in Fire Pits hired from Charity Farm, with fuel supplied on site. (please ask for details).

Barbeques are allowed, provided they are off the ground and do not cause grass scorching. Disposable barbeques must be on a stand.

Children – Must be supervised at all times. They must not play in amenity area, toilets, fishery or stable areas.

We politely request that all commercial vehicles must be kept on the car parks during your stay.

Ball games must only be played in the camping field areas – please be courteous to other guests.

Casual visitors are allowed only by prior arrangement with the site management.

All litter and domestic waste must be disposed of in the bins provided. Locations are on the site map.

Fishery – Charity Farm fishery is a commercial course fishery for serious angling only. Payment details are available from site reception or in the fishing cabin, located on the main car park. Unaccompanied children are not allowed on the fishery at any time.

The stable yard – Access is not allowed due to health and safety reasons. It is a livery yard used for privately owned horses. Please do not feed or pet the horses in the fields.

All dogs must be kept on short leads at all times unless in the dog exercise area. Please clean up after your dog.

Speed limit - A 5 MPH speed limit applies on the park at all times.
